WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? 

Please note that order shipments may take up to 3-4 weeks. Each candle is hand-poured and crafted and must cure for at least 1 week before leaving our studio in London, UK. Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking information.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal.

CAN MY ORDER BE GIFT WRAPPED?

Every order placed on cent.ldn.com ships in a shipping box and the candle is wrapped in cent.ldn wrapping paper. If you want a proper invoice, please contact our Customer Service’s team.

WHERE CAN I FIND CENT.LDN NEAR ME?

Please visit our Stockist page to find our local outlet nearest you. We recommend contacting the store prior to your visit, as we are unable to view their stock information.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS AND POLICIES?

Due to the current unprecedented circumstances, your delivery date can not be guaranteed when receiving the tracking number. We work with global leading couriers such as Fedex, DHL, DPD, UPS, Royal Mail, Hermes.

WHERE CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD?

Gift Cards purchased on cent.com can only be used towards online orders and are not redeemable in stores.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

centldn.com do not accept returns.
